What is pfseeker?

pfseeker is being built as a curated discovery platform for profile pictures, banners, icons, and visual collections.

Does browsing require an account?

No. Public browsing remains useful without an account. Discord sign-in is available for account identity and uses the Discord identifyscope only. pfseeker does not require a Discord server membership, bot, role, or email address.

How will images be hosted?

Media delivery is planned around Cloudinary for responsive previews, transformations, and original downloads.

How will collections work?

Collections require Discord sign-in. Signed-in users can create multiple private collections, save assets from gallery and detail pages, reorder items, remove items, and download a collection ZIP. Anonymous visitors can still browse, search, preview, and download individual assets.

This behavior has been manually verified in production. Public collection publishing is not enabled yet.

Can users submit images?

Signed-in users can submit PFP, banner, and icon images into a private pending state. Accepted formats are JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, and GIF. Category, existing tags, suggested tags, source URL, and creator credit fields are optional, and there is no guarantee of publication.

Pending submissions are stored through Cloudinary and shown only to the submitting account until moderation. On the Phase 13 feature branch, moderators can approve and publish, reject, or correct metadata. Pending submissions can be cancelled by the submitter. Approved, published, and rejected submissions cannot be cancelled by the submitter.

How will copyright or reports work?

Moderation workflows are implemented on the Phase 13 feature branch. Report workflows remain planned and are not available yet. Current submissions require users to confirm that images do not contain obvious nudity, gore or graphic injury, or hateful imagery.
